Follow below steps to make sales for flexible desks,meeting room & event space services, and manage customer subscriptions with POS Online.

1. Make Sale for Flexible & Fixed Desk Services

  • Create Sales order as usual.

  • Ask customers for their information (if you use a tablet at the reception, you can let your customers input their information): Name, Mobile, Gender, Birthdate, Phone, Email & Address and leave the ID and Group field for your staffs.

  • Select the customer group based on customers' selected service package. And add the customer ID with the following structure:

    • F (flexible)-D or M (Day or Month based on their selected service package)-their phone numbers.
    • this will support your staffs apply the right benefit for the customers based on their package.

  • After creating the new customer successfully:

    • add recently created customer (find by ID, name or mobile number) into the current sale order (a).
    • add free benefit, in this case, is a free drink (b).
    • add sale tag to track and manage the free benefit in sale order (c).
    • add discount with the absolute amount of the free package, in this case, is a free drink (d).
    • add payment method by cash or credit card (e).

  • Click on "Finish & Print Bill" to print eBill and let your customers scan to get the copy on their devices.

2. Manage Customer Subscription for Flexible &Fixed Desk Services

With customers who sign up for Monthpass or Weekpass packages, follow below steps to manage member subscription and daily free benefits:

  • Create sale orders for customers who sign up for Monthpass or Weekpass packages as steps in 1.

  • Navigate to the Customers page, all your created customers when creating sales orders will be displayed. And select the customer with Monthpass or Weekpass subscription you want to update the expired date, then click on TO DO.

  • Add expired date (a), notes (b), then click on "Add" (c) to add the reminder when the expired time comes.

  • When the expired date comes, the notification will be displayed in TODAY page so you can send email to inform for your customers.

  • To create sale orders with free benefit, do the same as 1.

  • You can track all sale orders of the customers in both of Customers and Sales order pages.

  • Notes: before applying benefits for members in a month, you can double-check their up-to-date used benefits in sale orders page, by searching sales tag to display all sale orders applied benefits.

3. Make Sale for Meeting Room & Event Space Service

  • To create the booking for Meeting Room, you can use the Calendar feature of Gmail combined with creating the new booking queue in Point-of-sale with following notes:

    • Table Name (a): M2 (name of meeting room) - 08 (beginning hour) - 10 (ending hour) - Anna (name of booking customer). This will support to arrange booking queues orderly.
    • Add customer (member) (b) to support you to apply benefits for members based on customer ID.
    • Add product for sale (meeting room), quantity (c) is the duration of the booking. Notes: you can update the quantity based on the updated schedule or actual use.

  • To change the schedule for the booking queue, click on the booking queue you want to change, and update the table name with the new beginning and ending hour.

  • To update the final actual use and close the booking queue, click on the booking queue you want to process:

    • update the table name with the new beginning and ending hour.
    • quantity based on the actual duration of booking.
    • click on "Print bill" to print eBill for customer and process the payment.

  • For booking queue in the future time, you can add sale tag by the booking date.

  • You can checkk all booking queues for meeting room in sale orders page.

  • To apply the promotion based on benefits of members, you can base on customer id to aware what benefits of them, and add sale tags as benefits to record.
