Is this service running globally?

Yes, we are. Our consulting team can support you via Skype, Whatsapp, Viber, Messenger...and Teamviewer to resolve any issue.

Is there terminating or consulting fee during trial time?

Nope. Until you decide to subscribe us then you will have to pay service fee as updated on website.

What is the device requirement to run this product?

Actually POS Online is a SaaS (Software as a Service) so you just need a device with network connection and use a browser to work with. There is no specific requirement at all.

How about face to face consult & support?

Currently we don't support face to face. We believe it's quite expensive & not efficient at this high-tech time. We do have better means to get you through all the messy :P
