The below guide will show you steps to update information, lock or reset passwords for staff accounts.
Notes: Only accounts having the "Accounts for staff" role in the Manage section can update information, lock or reset passwords for staff accounts.
Open "Manage" menu and Select "Accounts for staff"
Update statuses's Staff Accounts
The Accounts for staff page will display information of all current staff accounts: Account, Status and Last Login. Select the account you want to update:
- To update information, select each part (Account name, Manage branches, Status, and Privilege) to update the new one. Then scroll down and select "Save" to update information.
- To lock, scroll down and select "Lock". Once you've clicked on "Lock", the locked staff account will be updated to "Deactive" status.
- To reactive the staff account, select "Active" in the status part. Then scroll down and select "Save".
- To reset the password for the staff account; scroll down and select "Reset password", then select "Submit" to get the new password.
