Open "Sale" menu and Select "Sale orders" and follow the below guide to manage sales orders.
Select "Day" if you want to display Sales Orders on a specific day. The system will automatically display all sales orders of the current day, click again to select another day you want to generate sales orders.
Select "Week" if you want to display Sales Orders in a specific week. The system will automatically display sales orders of the current week. You can click again to select another week (in the list of latest 12 weeks) you want to generate sales orders.
Select "Month" if you want to display Sales Orders in a specific month. The system will automatically display sales orders of the current month. You can click again to select another month (in the list of latest 12 months) you want to generate sales orders.
You can also click on (*) to select another specific custom day range and time range you want to generate sales orders.
If you want to search for specific sales orders based on Sales Order ID (#), Product (in sale order), Account (create sales order), Tag (in sale order); click on (*) and input search keywords you want to search for in search box. Then click on "Submit".
The search results will be displayed in the Sales Orders page.
There are three statuses of sales orders you pay attention:
With sales orders have been finished and removed from the queue in point-of-sale, you can delete, print customer bills or update information.
Click on "Print bill" if you want to print customer bills for sales order.
Click on "Delete" if you want to delete sales orders. Notes: the system will update the inventory data by increasing products for purchase, which are relevant to products for sale in the deleted sale orders.
Click on "Update" if you want to update sales order information. You can update the transaction date, customer segmentation information, sales tag, and payment method.
