In order to use the Booking feature to create bookings, you need to create booking rooms list and agencies list. The below guide will show you steps to do these.
Notes: Only accounts having the "Booking rooms" and "Booking agencies" role in the Manage section can create booking rooms list and booking agencies list.
Fill below information sections to add a new booking room:
Room price (required): POS Online allow you to add various prices for a booking room: price for working days, price for weekend days, and price for holiday days.
To add prices for normal days, input specific prices in every weekday's boxes (2). If you leave blank, the system will use the general price (1) to apply.
To add prices for holiday days, click on "Holiday", in the "Holiday" window, select holiday day and input the price for the selected day then click on "+" to create the new holiday price.
Once you've completed adding information to the new booking room, select "Add" to create the new booking room, "Reset" to clear the recently added information.
Fill below information sections to add a new booking agency:
Once you've completed adding information to the new booking agency, select "Add" to create the new booking agency, "Reset" to clear the recently added information.
Open Manage menu, select Settings.
Select Bill tab to configure bill settings:
eBill: select this option if you want to print eBill for customers.
Logo: This Logo will be used for all Booking & F&B service bills
and your eMenu page.
Name, Address, Phone, Website, Wifi pass, Remark.
Scroll down to view the full demo of the bill. Once you've completed configuring Bill settings select "Save" to save updated settings or "Reset" to reset the last settings.
Notes: if you want to create hyperlink to your website right on eBill, follow this structure to create:
